4 Weeks
Four weeks, 17 hours, 17 minutes and 38 seconds. 516 cigarettes not smoked, saving $134.41. Life saved: 1 day, 19 hours, 5 minutes. Im so glad I quit ,now I gotta lose that last 25 pounds, I hope I can do itI just love bake goods ever since my last pregnancy 8 months ago mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmWell it was 20 pounds but then I gained 5 after I quit which is soo worth it,quit smoking, like 5 pounds even compares to smoking. And being 20 pounds overweight or 25 puonds its the same thing still overweight lol. I just cant seem to even try to lose weight or exercise. Kinda like wanting to quit smoking,stop smoking, you cant quit if you dont at least try no matter how much you want too. I need a web site like whyquit.com but for bakegoods, chocolate and icecream lol. Something to give me strength and power to at least get started. I cant diet, I just like to eat too much its awesome lol Im getting hungry.(I dont eat cause I quit smoking I already had this problem)dont want to scare newbies away good luck to ya all with your quits.Well for all you newbies out there it does indeed get easier. I find now I may crave a smoke once or twice a day but they are no stronger than a crave you would have while a smoker and wanting one 20 minutes after you just had one. NOT ONE PUFF
