Got through first day back to work!

Hey peopleI survived my first day back to work since I ,stop smokingquit smoking!! YES!! It was difficult,quit smoking now, but not as hard as I thought it would be. A little tuff getting through some situations when I would normally have been smoking while doing certain things, but I got through them. Hopefully it will get easier every day. My co-workers were all real supportive, telling me it was awesome that I quit. The most different part was that for YEARS.....on my lunch break I would always have to go sit in my cold car and eat and have my cigs..........It was really strange to stay in and have my lunch without being all bundled up in coat, gloves, etc.Anyway.........with each hurdle I get through successfully I really feel good about myself and see this as REALLY HAPPENING now! Haven't been on here so much the last few days because of work...but hopefully will get back on here tonight......and will definatley be here to pledge every morning before work.
